      <image:caption>I meet athletes where they are at. I don’t write a single training session until I assess where they are. I test athletes at the beginning, and every 3-4 weeks. We test metrics specific to their sport using automatic timing systems and speed gps. I test things like the 40 yard dash with splits every 10 yards, 5-10-5 lateral shuttle drill, and broad jump. I also take video of the tests and analyze the athlete’s movement patterns using Coach’s Eye. Every session includes drilling, resisted sprints, max speed sprints, plyometrics, and mobility.</image:caption>
